Town Hall Public Lobby
The lobby at Town Hall will open on Monday, June 1, 2020 with the following policy in place.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Only one party will be permitted in the lobby at a time to provide social distancing. All others shall wait outside until the first party vacates the lobby to enter. For the purposes of this policy, a “party” is defined as an individual or group of individuals living in the same household such as a parent with children or an adult couple.
Mask will be required for residents/customers wishing to access the lobby.
We ask that you continue to use the other available options to conduct Village business when possible. Water/Utility Bills can be paid online here, over the phone at 513-761-1124 with credit card or the payment drop box located outside the lobby entrance.
Visitors to Town Hall beyond the lobby will be by appointment only and approved by the Village Administrator.
Public Works Services
Trash set/out and set/back courtesy service to the elderly and handicap residents with an application on file will begin Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
Truck Rental will begin Monday, June 1, 2020. Please call Town Hall to reserve a truck at least 24 hours in advance. Trucks are available at a first come, first serve basis.
Trash disposal/dumping at the Service Garage will begin Monday, June 1, 2020. Dumping will be available on Monday of each week from 10am-12noon. Please call Town Hall to schedule at least 24 hours in advance. There is a fee of $10 to be paid upon scheduling.
Trash Containers are available for purchase for $75. Please call 513-761-1124 to order. Public Works will deliver to your address.
Parks and Recreation
Village Parks are open for recreation and exercise. Playgrounds and exercise equipment are open and available for public use. Due to the recent increase in Coronavirus cases in Hamilton County and the Village of Lockland; park and ball field rentals, recreation hall rentals and public restrooms will remain closed until October 1, 2020. We will re-evaluate at this time.
